By the time you arrived at Young Engineers Uganda, you have most likely trekked many blogs or social networking sites seeking to meet friends who share your 'common' interests. But what I do know is that the net returns from those sites with respect to your Engineering interests wasn't as rewarding. It is because most of these social sites are made with leisure, dating, or marketing intentions and the regulators have no particular interest to your Engineering. If you were lucky to get one for Engineering, it was probably started by an American or European who has no idea what studying Computer Science without a PC feels like or what it looks like staying in a blackout for 30mins. To him, downloading at 3KB/s! means there is no connection to the server! Without even going into the details of it's contents, it is already clear that such a blog wont' benefit you much! But the good news is that you have finally found a home!
